United Industries Logo

United Industries is a family-run manufacturer based in Bentonville, Arkansas, known for producing UltraBoard foam board and other fabricated plastic products. My grandfather founded the company in 1980. My father and uncles later grew it into a national business, and when they chose to sell it last year, they wanted the brand to feel ready for what came next. They asked me to redesign the logo, creating a meaningful final chapter: three generations of Ferms contributing to the same company.

United Industries lives somewhere between construction and technology. The existing logo had a smart foundation—a combined “U” and “I” mark with strong versatility. Rather than reinvent it, I focused on modernizing it.

The final result feels clean, confident, and in motion—exactly right for a company moving forward.
